Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and execution\-focused Content Writer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the voice behind the CharteredWays brands and its sister companies, creating compelling and impactful content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens brand engagement across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate should have a strong command of language, storytelling, and content strategy, with the ability to translate business objectives into clear, engaging, and audience\-focused communication. From digital campaigns and social media to website content and brand communication, this role requires a blend of creativity, business understanding, and hands\-on execution.
What You'll Do
Create, edit, and proofread content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Conduct in\-depth research on industry trends, market insights, and audience preferences to develop relevant and engaging content.
Develop SEO\-optimized content to improve website visibility, search rankings, and audience engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, design, SEO, and business teams to develop and execute content strategies and campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and style across all communication channels.
Review, refresh, and optimize existing content to maintain relevance and performance.
Manage content calendars, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely execution of content initiatives.
Write engaging captions, carousels, and short\-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Develop content ideas that drive engagement and conversations within the startup, recruitment, and professional community.
Collaborate closely with the SEO and design teams to ensure content is optimized, visually aligned, and effectively scheduled across channels.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and audience behavior to create relevant and high\-performing content.
Write compelling case studies, success stories, and brand narratives that highlight business impact and client outcomes.
Transform raw testimonials, candidate journeys, and data points into polished, persuasive, and audience\-friendly stories.
Build and maintain a consistent storytelling framework to showcase HireBricks’ value proposition across industries and stakeholders.
Draft engaging email newsletters and drip campaigns aimed at nurturing leads across different stages of the funnel.
Write effective subject lines, CTAs, and email copy to improve open rates, click\-through rates, and audience engagement.
Work closely with the growth and marketing teams to align email communication with campaign objectives and conversion goals.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in content writing
Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, case studies, and email copy
Excellent command of English — clear, concise, and compelling writing style
Ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics
Self\-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
