• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create high\-quality technical documentation, user manuals, product guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Write blogs, website content and technical articles.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to gather technical information.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into user\-friendly content.
• Edit, proofread, and maintain consistency across all documentation.
• Ensure content is accurate, well\-structured, and follows company style guidelines.
• Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor content.
• Optimize content for SEO where applicable.
• Update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements and new features.
• Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.
• Ability to understand software development concepts and technical terminology.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs.
