Content Writer (Malayalam)

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a creative and performance\-driven content writer proficient in **Malayalam and English**, with prior experience writing scripts for digital performance ads across platforms.

Please note that experience writing scripts for digital platforms like Instagram and Facebook is required. We are not looking for traditional cinema or movie scriptwriters.

• *Key Responsibilities (KRAs):**

• Write engaging, high\-converting scripts for digital performance ads and video content (short\-form and long\-form).
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and video production teams to ensure script alignment with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Analyze ad performance and iterate scripts to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions.
• Generate multiple script variations.
• Direct shoots to ensure the written scripts come to life.
• Stay updated with digital content trends and references, especially in regional markets.

• *Key Requirements:**

• Strong command over written **Malayalam and English**.
• 2–3 years of experience writing content for digital/performance marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and storytelling techniques that drive conversions.
• Ability to write concise, attention\-grabbing scripts tailored for short attention spans.
• Experience working with D2C brands or digital agencies is a plus.

Pay: ₹550,000\.00 \- ₹650,000\.00 per year
