• *Key Responsibilities**

• Technical Marketing \& SEO: Draft technical blog posts, case studies, product feature

highlights, and AppExchange listing copy optimized for search and conversion.

• Developer \& API Documentation: Document API integrations, webhooks, and technical

workflows (e.g., REST APIs, JSON payloads) used within MessageBlink and FilesDownloader.

• Salesforce Community Content: Produce actionable how\-to articles, knowledge base

content, and troubleshooting guides aimed at solving real\-world challenges for Salesforce

Admins and System Integrators.

• Product Documentation \& Guides:Write and maintain end\-user documentation,

step\-by\-step setup guides, installation instructions, and release notes for Salesforce

AppExchange applications.

• *Required Technical Skills \& Qualifications**

• Candidate with Excellent writing skills
• Tools \& Platforms: Hands\-on experience with Markdown, CMS platforms(WordPress/HubSpot), documentation tools (Confluence, Git, or similar), and basic API tools like Postman.
