Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Content Writer** with strong journalistic expertise, creative storytelling abilities, and hands\-on experience managing social media accounts for brands and CXOs.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing compelling content strategies, creating high\-quality written content, and managing end\-to\-end social media communication for corporate brands, business leaders, founders, and senior executives.

The candidate must understand brand positioning, personal branding, thought leadership, and audience engagement, with the ability to create impactful content that strengthens digital presence and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities1\. Content Strategy \& Development

• Develop and execute content strategies for multiple brands across different industries.
• Write high\-quality, SEO\-friendly blogs, articles, website content, landing pages, press releases, newsletters, and case studies.
• Conduct in\-depth research, reporting, and fact\-checking to ensure content accuracy and credibility.
• Create engaging storytelling\-based content aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
• Develop editorial calendars and manage content delivery timelines.
• Write industry insights, opinion pieces, and thought leadership articles.

2\. Social Media Management – Brands \& CXOs (Mandatory)

• Manage and execute social media content strategies for multiple brands and CXO profiles.
• Handle LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Develop personal branding and thought leadership strategies for CEOs, founders, directors, and senior executives.
• Create LinkedIn posts, articles, professional updates, leadership insights, industry opinions, and executive communication.
• Develop engaging social media captions, creatives' content, campaign messaging, and storytelling\-based posts.
• Understand the individual communication style, professional positioning, and vision of CXOs to create authentic personal branding content.
• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars for brands and CXO accounts.
• Coordinate with design, video, and digital marketing teams for content execution and publishing.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience interactions to improve content strategy.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and content formats.

3\. Research, Editing \& Quality Management

• Apply journalistic principles of research, reporting, storytelling, and information verification.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of grammar, readability, and consistency.
• Ensure all content is original, plagiarism\-free, factually accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices, relevant keywords, and search intent.
• Simplify complex business and technical information into clear and engaging communication.

4\. Team Collaboration \& Execution

• Work closely with SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Design, and Technology teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective content strategies.
• Independently manage multiple brand and CXO accounts.
• Ensure timely delivery of content and maintain quality across all projects.
• Take ownership of content planning, execution, revisions, and final approvals.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum **4\+ years of experience** in content writing, journalism, content strategy, or digital communication.
• **Journalism background is mandatory**, either through academic qualification or relevant professional journalism experience.
• Proven hands\-on experience in managing social media accounts for brands and CXOs.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn content strategy and executive personal branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, storytelling, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to develop brand\-specific and audience\-focused communication strategies.
• Experience managing multiple clients, brands, and content calendars simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools, social media analytics, and content management systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies, media houses, corporate communication teams, or branding agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing published articles, blogs, brand social media accounts, and CXO LinkedIn profiles.
• Experience in personal branding for founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
• Ability to independently handle content planning and social media execution from ideation to publishing.
• A creative and strategic thinker who understands the relationship between content, brand positioning, and business growth.
