*Job summary:** We are looking for a highly creative **Content Writer with strong documentation skills** to join our team. This role combines creative content development with structured documentation, ensuring our brand’s voice is engaging while our product and process documentation is clear, user\-friendly, and well\-organized.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Technical Writing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in content writing and documentation (creative documentation preferred).
Portfolio or work samples showcasing creative writing \+ documentation.
Strong creative writing ability with excellent command of English.
Experience in creating documentation with a user\-first and creative mindset.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into readable content.
Proficiency in documentation tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Confluence, or similar.
Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital content formats.
Detail\-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Develop engaging, high\-quality content for blogs, websites, landing pages, product descriptions, and social media.
Create fresh, original ideas that align with brand goals and improve audience engagement.
Write SEO\-optimized content with strong storytelling and a creative approach.
Edit, proofread, and enhance existing content to improve clarity, tone, and impact.

Produce well\-structured documentation such as user guides, manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.
Translate technical or complex information into simple, visually appealing, and easy\-to\-understand content.
