• *Job Summary**

Zeedesign Engineering Private Limited is looking for an experienced **Contracts Manager with a combination of legal and engineering expertise** to provide part\-time contractual and commercial support. Experienced professionals and retired engineers, lawyers, and contract specialists are encouraged to apply.

The candidate will support contract drafting, review, negotiation, risk assessment, and contractual compliance for engineering, EPC, and Oil \& Gas projects, including onshore and offshore projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, subcontractor, and consultancy agreements.
• Review technical and commercial contract terms, scope of work, payment terms, and project milestones.
• Identify contractual risks relating to liabilities, indemnities, warranties, penalties, and dispute resolution.
• Advise management on contractual obligations, legal risks, and commercial matters.
• Handle contract variations, claims, change orders, extensions of time, and payment disputes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, finance, and external legal counsel.
• Support tender reviews, commercial negotiations, and contract close\-out.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Degree in Law (LLB) and/or Engineering; a combination of both is preferred.
• Substantial experience in contract management, legal consultancy, EPC, engineering consultancy, or Oil \& Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, commercial terms, and risk management.
• Exposure to onshore and offshore project contracts is an advantage.
