- **About the Role:\-***
We are looking for a data\-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to improve the performance of our digital properties by increasing conversion rates across the customer journey. This role combines analytics, experimentation, UX, and marketing to identify opportunities, run A/B tests, and implement strategies that drive measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with experimentation platforms, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales.
- **Key Responsibilities:\-***
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to improve website and landing page performance.
- Analyze user behavior using analytics and heatmapping tools to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
- Design, prioritize, and manage A/B and multivariate testing programs.
- Create test hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement experiments and optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement, lead quality, and revenue impact.
- Optimize customer journeys across desktop and mobile experiences.
- Work closely with paid media, SEO, content, and product teams to maximize campaign performance.
- Build dashboards and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain a testing roadmap and ensure experiments are statistically valid.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and CRO best practices.
- **Required Qualifications:\-***
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3\-5\+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Optimization.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and experimentation methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Optimizely, or AB Tasty.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and customer journey optimization.
- Experience working with landing pages, lead generation, or e\-commerce websites.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- **Preferred Qualifications:\-***
- ● Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.*
- ● Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.*
- ● Experience optimizing B2B SaaS, D2C, or e\-commerce funnels.*
- ● Certification in Google Analytics, CRO, or digital marketing is a plus.*
