(COO) Chief Operating Officer - Ecommerce & Business Expansion

• *Chief Operating Officer (COO) – E\-commerce \& Expansion**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic COO to scale our e\-commerce operations and drive business expansion. You will serve as the right hand to the Founders, overseeing day\-to\-day operations while executing strategies to enter new markets, optimise supply chains, and increase profitability.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Operational Leadership:** Oversee all daily operations, including supply chain, logistics, fulfilment, and customer experience to ensure seamless delivery.
• **Growth \& Expansion:** Lead the strategy for entering new markets (domestic/international) and launching new product lines or sales channels (e.g., retail, marketplaces).
• **E\-commerce Optimisation:** Continuously improve the e\-commerce infrastructure, technology stack, and operational workflows to support scaling.
• **Financial Performance:** Manage P\&L for operations, optimising unit economics, inventory turnover, and operational costs
• **Team Management:** Lead and mentor cross\-functional heads (Logistics, Marketing, Tech) to align them with company growth goals.

• *The Ideal Candidate**

• **Experience:** 5\+ years in operations or executive leadership within the E\-commerce or D2C sector.
• **Scaling Track Record:** Proven experience scaling a business.
• **Strategic \& Tactical:** Ability to build high\-level strategy while diving deep into supply chain or technical issues when necessary.
• **Data\-Driven:** Deep understanding of e\-commerce KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, Contribution Margin) and how to influence them.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
