- *Position Summary:**
ACCESS is inviting applications from self\-driven professionals who are interested to take on the role of Coordinator/Senior Coordinator and delivering against the objectives of the project. The Coordinator/Senior Coordinator will be responsible for timely and high\-quality implementation of the project in designated areas in Udaipur, Rajasthan reaching out to entrepreneurs as per the objectives and deliverables of the project.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Project planning, management and implementation and monitoring of field team towards efficient and effective project delivery reaching.
- Closely work with Admin, HR, Finance, MIS.
- Conduct research and recce the city to develop circuit for Business Development.
- Develop Logical Framework Approach (LFA) for project output, outcomes, impact assessment.
- Develop protocol for onboarding of women entrepreneurs as per their suitability to the project to meet project onboarding targets.
- Mobilisation and motivation of women for E\-rickshaws driving Training and on\-boarding into Lake City Rickshaws.
- Organise meeting of women riders and other stakeholders as per project requirements.
- Identification of Trainers for E\-rickshaws driving Training and connecting Trainers to women for E\-rickshaws driving Training.
- Monitor the E\-rickshaws driving Training on day\-to\-day basis.
- Organise training on soft skills (Tourism Dos \& Don’ts, Communication, Hygiene etc), First Aid, E\-rickshaws
- Maintenance and Services in liaison with different government department Tourism, Traffic, RTO, Police, health etc. acquiring driving license for women riders, maintaining legal compliances for E\-rickshaws etc.
- Conduct Training on Institution Building, Company Management and Day\-to\-day Operation of Business entities.
- Maintain all sort of records viz. training time\-table, women trainees and trainer details etc.
- Undertake the Lake City Rickshaws Business Promotional activities through meeting with potential business partner, promoting works on social media and other sources.
- One\-to\-one engagement and handholding to aspiring women entrepreneurs on customer engagement, market expansion and backward\-forward linkage set up.
- Conduct weekly and monthly planning and review meetings with team to review progress on activities and outcomes, identify gaps and develop appropriate strategies for course correction and trouble shooting.
- Monitor and oversee indicator\-based MIS to track project progress in clusters. Review and analyse MIS data with MIS Coordinator and guide team on proper and accurate data collection and submission.
- Identify and engage with local stakeholders (such as Hotels Associations, Travel Associations, financial institutions, business associations, regulatory and facilitatory government agencies etc for Business Development and Brand building.
- Conduct quality documentation of project activities, outcomes and learnings through case studies, periodic progress reports etc.
- Track and ensure financial adherence in project activity and field office expenses as per approved budget in Coordination.
- *Education \& Experience::**
- Master’s degree from any recognized university, in Business management / Entrepreneurship Development / Finance / Economics.
- At least 2\-3 years of relevant experience of implementing community development projects related to enterprise development and livelihood promotion and training.
- At least 2 years of experience of managing large field implementation teams.
- Demonstrated experience of community mobilization, awareness creation, capacity building and developing business plan.

- *Travel Requirement:**
Willingness to travel across project locations (Udaipur, Rajasthan) as required for implementing the project effectively.
- *Compensation:**
The salary range for this position is commensurate to industry standards and will be determined based upon experience set of the candidate and the HR policies of the organization.
