Roles and Resposibilities
We are looking for a creative and consumer\-centric Copywriter to craft compelling content that strengthens the PLIX Life brand across digital and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle communication and can create high\-converting, engaging, and brand\-consistent copy that resonates with modern consumers.
This role requires a blend of creativity, storytelling, marketing acumen, and performance\-driven thinking to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Brand \& Marketing Communication
- Develop compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks across wellness, beauty, and skincare categories.
- Write engaging copy for campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
* Create high\-converting copy for
o Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
o Google Ads
o YouTube Ads
o Native Advertising
o Affiliate Marketing Campaigns
- Develop multiple ad copy variations and hooks for A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize copy based on campaign performance metrics.
- Write email marketing campaigns, automated flows, newsletters, and retention communication.
- Create SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, and CRM copy.
- Develop content that improves customer engagement, repeat purchases, and loyalty. Social media and website copywriting.

- Work closely with the growth and design teams to improve website conversion rates.

- Create captions, reels scripts, carousel copy, and influencer collaboration briefs.
- Support community\-building initiatives through engaging and relatable content.
- Stay updated on social media trends, beauty and wellness conversations, and consumer behavior.
- *Product \& Packaging Communication**
- Develop product messaging, benefit statements, packaging copy, and educational content.
- Translate scientific and technical product information into simple, consumer\-friendly language.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in D2C, beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing, brand campaigns, social media, and performance marketing copy.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice for different channels and audiences.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and conversion\-focused writing.
- SEO, GEO and LLM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with SEO content writing and e\-commerce best practices.
- Understanding of D2C growth marketing and customer lifecycle communication.
- Experience using AI\-assisted content tools and content management platforms.
