About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Copywriter who can craft compelling, engaging, and persuasive content across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of brand communication, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful messaging that resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging copy for digital campaigns, social media, websites, blogs, emailers, advertisements, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
• Write compelling headlines, taglines, scripts, captions, and campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and account managers to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into effective communication strategies.
• Create content that aligns with brand tone, voice, and objectives.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct basic research to understand industry trends, target audiences, and competitors.
• Assist in developing content strategies for various brands and campaigns.
• Write SEO\-friendly website and blog content where required.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to write for multiple formats and audiences.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content trends.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, or media organization.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Experience in scriptwriting for videos, reels, and advertisements.
• Familiarity with AI\-assisted content creation tools and emerging content trends.
