Role Objective

We are looking for a creative and dynamic copywriter who can craft compelling communication for our education brands across digital, print, ATL, BTL, and franchise marketing platforms. The candidate should be able to create engaging content that connects with parents, educators, franchise partners, and students while maintaining the brand voice of Bachpan Play School and Academic Heights Public School.

Key Responsibilities

• Write creative copy for social media campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, websites, and emailers.
• Develop catchy headlines, taglines, slogans, and campaign concepts for brand promotions.
• Create content for ATL, BTL, digital marketing, franchise outreach, PR activities, and event promotions.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, performance marketers, and social media teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Research education trends, parenting insights, and market competitors to develop relevant content.
• Write engaging scripts for reels, videos, podcasts, and promotional shoots.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Adapt communication for different audiences including parents, school principals, franchise partners, and corporate stakeholders.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Core Skills \& Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and Hindi (written and verbal).
• Strong creative writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to generate original ideas and think conceptually.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media communication.
• Strong research and storytelling skills.
• Attention to detail and grammar proficiency.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of the education industry is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, advertising, branding, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with education, franchise, lifestyle, healthcare, or consumer brands will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in content writing or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
