UST is looking for Corporate Communication Professionals
- *The Opportunity:**
- Looking for Corporate Communication Professionals with German Fluency*
- *What you need:**
- *Internal and external communication along with German expertise**
- *Responsibilities:**
- **Internal \& External Communications**
- **Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies for the European region.**
- **Manage the communications office mailbox and ensure timely, professional responses and follow\-ups.**
- **Create and manage content for newsletters, intranet updates, and employee engagement campaigns.**
- **Support external communication efforts, including social media and public\-facing content aligned with corporate messaging.**
- **Understand GDPR regulation and German employment laws**
- *Content Creation**
- **Write, edit, and proofread high\-quality content in English and German for various audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency.**
- **Translate complex technical or strategic content into accessible language for a lay audience.**
- **Design and develop PowerPoint presentations, ensuring visual clarity and strategic alignment.**
- *Team Collaboration \& Support**
- **Work closely with the Europe Senior Communications Manager and cross\-functional teams across time zones.**
- **Support daily operations of the communications office, including email triage, scheduling, and ad hoc requests.**
- **Ensure alignment with corporate branding and communication guidelines.**
- *Required Qualifications \& Skills**
- **Minimum 4\-5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.**
- **Demonstrated experience in internal communications.**
- **Strong command of English and German (written and spoken).**
- **Proven ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations.**
- **Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.**
- **Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.**
- **Able to manage workload independently while contributing to a collaborative, international team.**
- **Flexible and adaptable to accommodate global collaboration across different time zones.**
- **Proficient in social media platforms, digital tools, and graphic creation is a plus.**
