Elearn Infotech is looking for a dynamic and result\-driven Corporate Relations Executive to build and maintain relationships with IT companies, startups, recruitment firms, and hiring partners. The primary responsibility is to identify employment and internship opportunities for students, coordinate placement activities, and strengthen corporate partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT companies, startups, MNCs, and recruitment agencies.
- Identify internship and employment opportunities for students across various technologies.
- Coordinate with HR managers, recruiters, and hiring teams regarding current and future hiring requirements.
- Organize placement drives, recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate the end\-to\-end placement process.
- Generate new corporate partnerships and maintain employer databases.
- Track student placements, internship opportunities, and hiring outcomes.
- Work closely with trainers and placement teams to ensure students are job\-ready.
- Conduct employer engagement activities and maintain long\-term corporate relationships.
- Achieve monthly placement and corporate partnership targets.
- Prepare placement reports and maintain recruitment records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities.
- Experience in Recruitment, HR, Placement, Business Development, or Corporate Relations.
- Good understanding of the IT industry and hiring trends.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Any Graduate (MBA Marketing/HR preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placement, Recruitment, HR, Staffing, or Business Development.
- Experience working with IT training institutes, colleges, staffing firms, or recruitment agencies is an added advantage.
