### **What does the job entail?**

Proactively contacting prospective clients via telephone to present our insurance products and services. Conducting in\-depth consultations with leads to accurately assess their insurance requirements and preferences. Providing comprehensive and clear information to customers regarding the features, benefits, and coverage options of our insurance policies. Overcoming objections and resolving concerns to effectively close sales transactions. Executing timely follow\-ups with interested leads who have yet to complete a purchase. Consistently meeting or exceeding all established weekly and monthly sales targets. Delivering a superior level of customer service to cultivate and maintain positive, long\-term client relationships. Developing and nurturing relationships with channel partners to expand market reach.

### **Work Experience**

1 to 6 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), BPO, or Contact Centre sectors with a background in selling financial products.

### **Essential Qualification**

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field is required. Candidates must be between 21 and 38 years of age.

### **Preferred Skills**

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Extensive knowledge of product offerings and industry standards. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships. A goal\-oriented and target\-driven mindset.
