Role Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, commercial establishments, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, IT parks, residential communities, and event venues.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and convert opportunities into long\-term business partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Revenue Generation \& Sales Leadership
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
- Develop strategic plans to increase market penetration and revenue generation.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision\-makers, senior management, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and satisfaction assessments.
- Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and cross\-selling services.
Team Management \& Performance Monitoring

Operations Coordination
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer success, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure client expectations are aligned with operational capabilities.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
Reporting \& Analytics
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Present business development reports and market intelligence to senior management.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track opportunities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 5\+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Facility Management, SaaS, Technology Solutions, Parking Management, or Corporate Services.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise or corporate accounts.
