Role Overview We are seeking two experienced Corporate Sales Managers to lead and expand our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business. Based in Coimbatore, this Zonal position is responsible for driving corporate sales, acquiring new B2B accounts, and managing strategic client relationships across the Southern states. Key Responsibilities Identify and aggressively pitch to corporate clients to build a robust pipeline for MICE travel and corporate events. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across the South Zone. Build and nurture long\-term relationships with key corporate decision\-makers, procurement managers, and HR heads. Collaborate with internal operations teams to curate tailored travel, conference, and incentive itineraries that meet client budgets and objectives. Travel extensively across Southern states for client acquisitions, presentations, and event coordination. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and corporate travel demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications \& Requirements Minimum 5\+ years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the MICE, corporate travel, or hospitality sector. Strong, established network with corporate clients and decision\-makers in South India. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and professional presentation skills. High level of self\-motivation with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets. Willingness and ability to travel frequently as business demands require.
