We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to guide, motivate, and elevate our team. In this role, you will act as a player, coach,balancing daily operational goals with the professional growth of your team members.

• *Experience: 3 \- 7 years**

• *Education:** Any UG / PG

• *Job Location: Anna Nagar ,** Chennai
• *Work timing** : Day Shift (10 AM \- 7 PM)

• *Preferred Candidates background:** Call center / BPO \- Out bound sales

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive day\-to\-day operations to ensure customer care executives meet their daily performance and sales targets.
• Conduct regular call audits to monitor quality, compliance, and identify gaps in performance.
• Design and manage regular training processes for both new joiners and existing callers to sharpen their skills.
• Leverage coaching and quality insights to directly drive and improve sales conversion rates across the team.

• *Language Proficiency :** English , Hindi (Must)
