Costing Engineer

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and maintain product\-wise cost sheets and cost estimates.
• Calculate raw material, labour, production, and overhead costs.
• Prepare quotations according to customer requirements and product specifications.
• Verify material quantities, BOM (Bill of Materials), and raw material rates.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Sales, and Accounts departments for cost\-related information.
• Compare estimated costs with actual production costs and identify variations.
• Maintain records of material consumption, wastage, scrap, and production expenses.
• Update costing whenever raw material prices or production processes change.
• Identify cost\-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
• Prepare costing reports and submit them to management on time.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of company costing data.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and follow company policies.

• *Required Skills:**

• Good knowledge of costing and cost calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and formulas.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.

• *Qualification:** Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a relevant field, depending on business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
