Job Description

ADHAVA PACKAGING is looking for a detail\-oriented Costing Executive to handle product costing, quotation preparation, material cost calculations, and cost analysis for printing and packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare product costing for corrugated boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials.
• Calculate raw material costs, including paper, board, ink, gum, and other consumables.
• Calculate material consumption, wastage, labour costs, production expenses, and overheads.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and accounts departments.
• Analyse actual production costs against estimated costs.
• Maintain costing sheets, quotation records, and cost reports.
• Monitor material price changes and update costing calculations.
• Support the sales team in pricing decisions and profit margin analysis.
• Identify opportunities to reduce production costs and material wastage.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any degree or diploma in Commerce, Finance, Cost Accounting, or a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in costing, preferably in the printing, paper, corrugation, or packaging industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and costing sheets.
• Knowledge of paper GSM, BF, paper consumption, and corrugated box costing is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and industry knowledge.
