• *Responsibilities\-:Prepare daily/monthly production costing for PD1 \& PD2; prepare product\-wise yield reports and identify yield**

• *losses.**

• *• Monitor material, labour and overhead costs; analyze cost variances, investigate root causes and report**

• *unfavorable variances with corrective suggestions.**

• *• Prepare and review financial analysis, MIS and management reports; support preparation/review of Balance**

• *Sheet and Profit \& Loss Account and investigate major movements/variances.**

• *• Verify and value Raw Material, WIP, Semi\-Finished and Finished Goods; reconcile physical stock with ERP/system**

• *stock.**

• *• Support cost\-master accuracy, inventory valuation, month\-end/year\-end closing, cost sheets and profitability**

• *analysis.**

• *• Manage fixed\-asset capitalization, plant/department/cost\-center allocation, invoice/GRN verification,**

• *depreciation and asset\-register reconciliation.**

• *• Handle asset transfers, physical verification, disposal/scrapping/write\-offs and related schedules.**

• *• Prepare import BOE loss\-in\-transit working and GST compliance reconciliations.**

• *• Prepare GSTR\-1 and GSTR\-3B workings using Sales/Purchase Register, GL, E\-Way Bill, E\-Invoice and GSTR\-2B**

• *reconciliations.**

• *• Prepare RCM workings, set\-off and match\-off entries; obtain approvals and post entries in SAP.**

• *• Resolve plant, warehouse and invoicing queries relating to GST, E\-invoicing and E\-way bills; prepare**

• *annual audit/assessment documentation and track GST amendments.**
