URGENT HIRING – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Process: USA Voice Process (International Calling)

Job Location: Sanjay Place, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: $3–$5 per hour

Shift Timing: California (USA) Night Shift

Working Hours: Maximum 8 hours per shift

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Type: Full\-Time

Key Requirement: Excellent English communication skills with an American accent or clear, neutral US English pronunciation.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Communicate effectively with international clients, especially customers from the USA.

Understand customer concerns, resolve queries, and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate call records, customer information, and follow\-up details.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism during calls.

Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and customer service procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent spoken English with strong fluency and clarity.

American accent or the ability to speak clear, neutral US English is preferred.

Confident speaking, active listening, and good pronunciation skills.

Good computer knowledge and basic typing skills.

Willingness to work night shifts aligned with California (USA) time zones.

Positive attitude, patience, and strong customer\-handling skills.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills may apply.

Previous experience in an international BPO or voice process will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in international BPOs or US voice processes.

Candidates comfortable communicating with American customers.

Candidates with excellent spoken English and professional telephone etiquette.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
