Counter Sales Representative

• Greet and assist customers at the counter.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling/cross\-selling.
• Handle billing and payment processing accurately.
• Maintain product displays and stock levels.
• Provide product information and updates to customers.
• Keep the counter area clean and organized.
• Record sales and prepare daily reports.
• Address customer queries and complaints.
• Coordinate with team members and inventory staff.
