CREATIVE DESIGNER - BRANDING

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Brand Identity \& Guidelines:** Develop, own, and scale the brand book, visual language, typography, color palettes, and iconography tailored to build trust and empathy in healthcare.
• **Marketing \& Collateral Design:** Design brochures, flyers, patient education guides, product catalogs, corporate presentations, and indoor/outdoor hospital signage.
• **Digital \& Social Presence:** Create high\-engagement assets for websites, landing pages, and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), including Reel covers and motion graphics.
• **Regulatory \& Compliance Check:** Work closely with medical content writers, clinical teams, and regulatory affairs to ensure visual assets, medical illustrations, and data charts are scientifically accurate and compliant with healthcare advertising laws.
• **Packaging \& Print Production:** Prepare print\-ready files, package designs, or labeling assets for medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma products, coordinating directly with external print vendors.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 2 to 4 years of graphic or brand design experience, ideally within a hospital, pharma, medical device, or regulated wellness brand.
• **Software Proficiency:**
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• CorelDRAW (frequently used in clinical print/flex setups)
• Basic motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva Pro)
• **Core Competencies:** Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling; strict attention to detail; and the ability to translate complex clinical or scientific concepts into clear, patient\-friendly visuals.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
