Creative Designer

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Create visually appealing and innovative designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials.
• Develop creative concepts, brand identities, marketing creatives, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
• Design engaging social media posts, ad creatives, presentations, and website graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print designs.
• Create basic video edits, reels, and short promotional videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, branding concepts, and creative techniques.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications :**

• Must have 01 to 02 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a Branding, Advertising, or Creative Design Agency.
• Excellent creative thinking, visual aesthetics, and a strong sense of design.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and brand identity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Experience in designing social media creatives, digital advertisements, and branding materials.
• Ability to develop original design concepts rather than relying only on templates.
• Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
