Creative Designer

We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual communication. You should be able to organise information, simplify complex ideas, and create clear, consistent designs across different formats.

This role is suited to an early\-career designer who is detail\-oriented, curious, and interested in combining content with thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities

Learning \& Programme Design

• Design student workbooks, trainer presentations, and parent\-facing reports.
• Create clear, engaging layouts for educational content.

Content \& Communication

• Structure raw content into readable, well\-organised layouts.
• Maintain consistency in typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual rhythm.

Brand \& Marketing

• Create social media creatives, school posters, and event collateral.
• Develop campaign assets in line with brand briefs.

Design Systems

• Build reusable templates and layout systems.
• Maintain visual consistency across typography, colours, spacing, and grids.

AI \& Emerging Tools

• Explore AI design tools to support the creative process.
• Write clear headings and simple copy within designs when required.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and spacing.
• Ability to design clean presentations and structured multi\-page documents.
• High attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to organise content and communicate information visually.
• A portfolio demonstrating structured, content\-led design work.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Figma and AI design tools.
• Basic understanding of branding systems and visual guidelines.
• Exposure to educational design or designing for young audiences.
• Interest in how content and design work together.
