The **Creative Hea**d / **Studio Role – Experiential Design** will be **responsible for leading creative development, concept design, and visual storytelling for experiential projects including museums, exhibitions, heritage installations, immersive environments, and experience centres**.
The role requires a professional with **strong creative direction capabilities, experience managing multidisciplinary design teams**, and hands\-on expertise in AI\-powered design tools and visualization technologies used in the experiential design industry.
- Lead concept development and creative design for projects including museums, exhibitions, experience centres, projection mapping shows, and immersive installations.
- Translate project briefs into compelling visual narratives, spatial concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
- Guide teams in concept ideation, storyboarding, visual design, and spatial storytelling.
- Develop creative presentations, pitch decks, and concept documentation for project proposals and client presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, project teams, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts into project execution.
- Review and refine visual outputs including sketches, storyboards, illustrations, layouts, and digital visualizations.
- Ensure consistency in design language, visual storytelling, and experiential quality across all projects.
- Manage studio workflows, timelines, and design deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mentor and guide studio team members including designers, illustrators, 3D artists, and visualization specialists.
- Coordinate with project and business development teams during concept development, pitches, and design presentations.
- Integrate immersive technologies such as projection mapping, interactive installations, AR/VR elements, and multimedia storytelling into design concepts.
- Leverage AI\-based creative tools and digital visualization technologies to enhance concept development and design efficiency.
- Continuously research global trends in experiential design, museum storytelling, and immersive environments.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, innovation, and technical accuracy across studio deliverables.
- *Required Skills \& Competencies**
- **Min 6\+ years of experience** in **visual storytelling, and concept development, creative design, experiential design, exhibition design, museum design, or immersive storytelling projects**.
- Experience working on **government or institutional experiential projects** will be highly preferred with museums, exhibitions, immersive environments, themed spaces, or heritage interpretation projects
- Prior experience in **design studios, experiential agencies, or exhibition design firms, film making** is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: **Design, Fine Arts**, **Visual Communication**, **Architecture** **Exhibition Design** or any **related creative discipline**
- Strong leadership and studio management capabilities with Strong problem\-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate complex narratives into engaging spatial experiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for client pitches and internal coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and deadlines.
- **Hands\-on experience with AI\-powered design tools and generative creative workflows.**
