Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

BlackBen Technology is looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can independently develop design concepts for social media, branding, and digital marketing across our India and UAE client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design social media creatives — posters, reels thumbnails, and stories for multiple clients
Create branding materials — logos, brand kits, business cards, letterheads
Develop original design concepts independently from a brief
Maintain brand consistency across all client accounts
Work with the digital marketing and video team

Use AI design tools to improve production speed

1–3 years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory)
Proficient in Canva
Basic Figma knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
Independently creative — must be able to design from a written brief without needing a reference image
Able to manage multiple client brands simultaneously
Punctual, deadline\-driven, and communicates clearly
