Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and visual strategies for clients.
• Review and approve designs, videos, and marketing content before delivery.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Content, and Production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain creative standards, monitor team performance, and improve output based on client feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in creative management, advertising, digital marketing, or media production.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaign work.

• Knowledge of graphic design, video production, and digital marketing.
