Ilmora Studios is looking for a passionate and innovative Creative Head to lead our creative team, develop impactful brand strategies, and oversee the execution of high\-quality visual and digital content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and hands\-on experience with modern creative and AI\-powered tools to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

We are looking for a visionary and hands\-on Creative Head to lead our creative department, drive innovative concepts, and oversee the end\-to\-end execution of creative projects. The ideal candidate should combine strong creative thinking, leadership abilities, technical expertise, and an understanding of emerging AI technologies to deliver exceptional creative solutions for our clients.

• *Key Responsibilities:\-**

\* Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, AI content creators, and other creative professionals.

\* Develop and execute creative strategies, concepts, and visual directions for client projects and internal initiatives.

\* Oversee end\-to\-end creative production, including AI\-generated videos, promotional videos, advertisements, social media content, and brand visuals.

\* Establish and maintain high creative and quality standards across all projects.

\* Review, evaluate, and approve creative outputs before client delivery.

\* Translate client requirements and business objectives into compelling creative concepts and production strategies.

\* Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns and creative solutions.

\* Plan, allocate, and manage creative resources to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

\* Explore and implement emerging AI tools, technologies, and creative workflows to improve production quality and efficiency.

\* Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative presentations, and client discussions.

\* Monitor industry trends, design innovations, AI developments, and evolving digital content practices.

\* Build a collaborative, innovative, and performance\-driven creative team.

• *Requirements: \-**

\* Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.

\* 6 months \- 1 year of relevant experience in creative production, advertising, branding, digital media, or a creative agency.

\* Previous experience in leading or managing a creative team is preferred.

\* Strong expertise in graphic design, video production, visual storytelling, branding, and creative direction.

\* Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, colour theory, advertising, and digital content production.

\* Excellent leadership, communication, team management, and project coordination skills.

\* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality work within deadlines.

\* A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, branding, video production, advertising campaigns, and visual content is mandatory.

• *Preferred Skills:\-**

Experience with tools such as

\* Figma

\* Experience in AI video generation, AI image generation, video editing and digital content production.

\* Understanding of social media content, advertising creatives and brand campaigns.

\* Experience in managing creative workflows, production timelines and team coordination.

\* Ability to use AI tools for creative research, ideation, visual development and production.

• *Work Type: Full\-time, On\-site**

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹17,000\.00 per month
