Mentar Ventures is a creative and performance\-driven agency specializing in branding, advertising, digital marketing, video production, and web development. We are looking for a talented **Creative Team Lead** who can combine strong design skills, creative thinking, AI\-powered workflows, and team leadership to deliver outstanding visual content for our clients.

Job Description

As a Creative Team Lead, you will lead the creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring high\-quality and visually compelling designs across digital and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the creative team to deliver high\-quality designs and visual content.
• Develop creative concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, social media, and digital marketing.
• Create and supervise designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other vector\-based design tools.
• Leverage AI tools for image generation, creative exploration, visual enhancement, and content production.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, video production, and strategy teams to develop impactful campaigns.
• Manage creative deadlines, review designs, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or equivalent vector design tools.
• Practical knowledge of AI\-powered creative tools and image\-generation platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, branding, and advertising design.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual communication.
• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and work within deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or social media content production.
• Experience working in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
