• *About the Role**

We're looking for a **Creative \& Marketing Trainee** who enjoys creating content and isn't afraid to experiment with new ideas.

You'll work on branding, content creation, social media, graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing while supporting Recruiting Genie and its associated initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Social Media Management**

· Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

· Manage content calendars.

· Monitor engagement and audience interactions.

· Stay updated on industry trends.

• *Graphic Design**

· Create social media creatives.

· Design presentations, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.

· Maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

• *Video Creation \& Editing**

· Edit short\-form videos and reels.

· Create employer branding and promotional videos.

· Produce basic motion graphics and animations.

· Repurpose long\-form content into engaging short videos.

• *Content Creation**

· Write captions, blogs, newsletters, and website content.

· Assist with employer branding campaigns.

· Generate content ideas using AI tools.

• *Marketing Support**

· Conduct competitor and market research.

· Assist with digital campaigns.

· Track campaign performance.

· Support events, webinars, and promotional activities.

• *Tools You'll Work With**

· Canva

· Adobe Photoshop (Preferred)

· Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut

· LinkedIn

· Meta Business Suite

· ChatGPT \& AI Productivity Tools

· Google Workspace

· Microsoft Office

• *Who Should Apply**

· Recent graduates or final\-year students.

· Passionate about branding and creativity.

· Strong communication and storytelling skills.

· Comfortable appearing in photos or videos when required.

· Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.

· Basic video editing skills are preferred.
