Neerja International, a Jaipur\-based heritage brand known for its beautiful handcrafted Blue Pottery, is looking for a creative Packaging \& Graphic Designer to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who loves transforming beautiful artwork into exciting packaging, gift boxes, festive collections, and creative product presentations.

If you enjoy experimenting with colours, patterns, materials, and innovative packaging ideas, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing

\* Design beautiful packaging, gift boxes, product labels, tags, wrapping paper, and other creative materials.

\* Create special packaging collections for Diwali, Christmas, Rakhi, weddings, and other festivals.

\* Use Neerja’s existing Blue Pottery patterns, artwork, and in\-house design library to develop fresh concepts.

\* Design practical, attractive, and cost\-effective packaging for our products.

\* Create digital mockups, print\-ready artwork, and packaging layouts.

\* Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors to develop physical samples and prototypes.

\* Experiment with new materials, printing finishes, colours, and packaging styles.

\* Work closely with our internal design studio and product development team.

What We’re Looking For

\* 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or packaging design preferred.

\* Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.

\* Understanding of printing processes, packaging materials, and print\-ready files.

\* A creative eye for colours, patterns, typography, and product presentation.

\* Ability to coordinate with printers and turn digital designs into finished packaging.

\* Someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and willing to experiment with new ideas.

Freshers with exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply!

Working Hours \& Salary

Full\-Time

\* Monday to Saturday

\* 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

\* ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Part\-Time

\* Minimum 4 hours daily

\* Flexible timings

\* ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month
