Creative Project Manager

• *About Role**

NS Ventures is looking for an experienced and proactive Creative Project Manager to manage the end\-to\-end execution of creative real estate content projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience coordinating creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

You will work closely with video designers, 3D artists, content writers, developers, external vendors, and clients to translate project requirements into actionable plans and ensure smooth execution across multiple projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the end\-to\-end planning, coordination, and execution of creative real estate content projects.
• Understand client briefs, define project scope, establish deliverables, and prepare project timelines.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage cross\-functional creative teams, including video editors, video designers, content writers, and other creative professionals.
• Identify creative team resource requirements and collaborate with the HR team in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding creative professionals as required.
• Allocate tasks, manage workloads, monitor team performance, and ensure team members meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with developers, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project updates, feedback, revisions, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, resolve execution challenges, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Review project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations, creative standards, and technical requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Improve project management workflows, documentation, reporting, and coordination processes.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop effective solutions for real estate marketing and PropTech projects.

• *Required Qualifications and Skills**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in media production, creative agencies, or real estate marketing.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
• Experience managing creative teams, including video editors, content writers, and designers.
• Ability to coordinate with HR for hiring and onboarding creative professionals as required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, team coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent practical experience is acceptable.

• *Preferred Experience**

• Experience in real estate marketing, digital agencies, media production, or content studios.
• Exposure to real estate videos, 3D visualization, 360° virtual tours, or digital content production.
• Experience in client coordination, vendor management, and leading cross\-functional teams.
• Familiarity with PropTech solutions and creative workflow optimization.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
