We are looking for a highly motivated **Creative Strategy Intern** who is curious, analytical, and passionate about digital content and consumer behavior. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching trends, understanding audience psychology, generating content ideas, and contributing to marketing strategies that drive real business results.
As a Creative Strategy Intern, you will work closely with the Creative Strategy Manager and leadership team to research trends, analyze competitors, identify content opportunities, and assist in building creative strategies for clients across various industries.
This is not a design role. It is a strategy and research\-focused role that requires strong observation skills, creative thinking, and an understanding of digital culture and social media trends.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research across different industries.
- Track and analyze trends on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
- Identify viral content patterns, consumer interests, and content opportunities.
- Research successful marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in developing content strategies, campaign concepts, and creative directions for client brands.
- Create content idea banks, campaign briefs, and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, video editors, and performance marketers to ensure strategic alignment.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry developments, and digital marketing trends.
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to the team.
- Strong research and analytical skills.

- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Marketing, Content Strategy, Social Media, Advertising, Branding, or related fields.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Advertising, Journalism, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Trends, Meta Ad Library, Notion, ChatGPT, SimilarWeb, or other research tools is a plus.
- Prior experience managing social media pages, creating content, or conducting research projects will be an advantage.
