• *About Fetch International**

Fetch International is a growing business based at Highlite Business Park, Kozhikode. We are looking for a sharp, energetic Creative Team Head to lead our content, design and video production work.

• *About the Role**

You will manage a team of 3–4 designers, write and refine brand content, guide the marketing team, and make sure creative work is delivered on time and to a high standard, even under pressure.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead, schedule and review the work of 3–4 graphic designers
• Write and edit content: ad copy, captions, taglines, scripts and brand wording
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels
• Plan creative calendars and manage deadlines and workloads
• Coordinate between designers, marketing and management
• Lead video and production projects from concept to delivery
• Brief outsourced agencies and freelancers, and run meetings with them
• Research trends, competitors and campaign ideas continuously
• Guide the marketing team with creative direction and ideas
• Keep the team’s tools, software and workflows up to date

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 25 years of age; 3\+ years of experience in creative, content or design leadership
• Strong English writing; Malayalam/Hindi is a plus
• Good knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and video editing tools (Premiere Pro/CapCut)
• Experience managing a design team and outsourced vendors
• Good communication and meeting\-handling skills
• Ability to stay calm, prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with video production or shoots
• Knowledge of social media and performance marketing
• Familiarity with AI tools for content and design
