• *Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and creative Video Editor to produce high\-impact video content for our two flagship entities: Vikash Residential School and Vikash Eco Resort Pvt. Ltd.. The ideal candidate is a gifted visual storyteller with the technical skill and artistic vision to bring brands to life. You will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos for various digital platforms, adapting your style from the inspiring, academic world of education to the beautiful, experiential world of hospitality.

• *Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Assemble and edit raw footage into compelling final videos, including promotional clips, social media content (Reels, Shorts), testimonials, event highlights, and virtual tours.
• Enhance video content with motion graphics, titles, sound design, music, and colour grading to ensure a high\-quality, professional finish.
• Develop and execute distinct visual narratives and editing styles that align with the brand identity of different organizational entities.
• Create and adapt video content for a range of platforms, ensuring correct formatting, aspect ratios, and specifications for web, social media, and presentations.
• Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designer, and content writer to align video content with broader campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Organise, maintain, and archive the video library, including raw footage, project files, and final exports.
• Stay current with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.

• *Relevant Work Experience:**

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar post\-production role.

· Advanced proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Competency in Adobe After Effects for creating titles, lower thirds, and basic motion graphics.
• A strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and narrative structure to create emotionally resonant videos.
• Solid understanding of video codecs, file formats, colour grading, and audio mixing.
• Familiarity with and ability to utilise AI video generation platforms and tools to enhance efficiency, explore creative possibilities, and produce innovative visual content.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video editing work is mandatory for consideration.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
