Job Description – Credit Control Executive

• *Department:** Accounts \& Finance
• *Location:** Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily outstanding payments from distributors, dealers, and customers.
• Follow up with customers and the sales team for timely payment collection.
• Maintain customer\-wise outstanding, ageing reports, and credit limits.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and payment terms.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order clearance and payment approvals.
• Track overdue payments, PDCs, partial payments, and payment commitments.
• Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare daily collection reports and weekly outstanding MIS.
• Identify high\-risk customers and escalate long\-pending payments to management.
• Coordinate with Accounts for payment entries, adjustments, and outstanding confirmations.

Qualifications \& Skills

• **Education:** B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• **Experience:** 2–4 years in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and customer ledger reconciliation.
• Strong communication, follow\-up, and coordination skills.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distributor\-based businesses preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
