Credit Control Executive

• *Overview :**

We are looking for a credit control executive to join our team. The role involves monitoring rent payments, following up on outstanding balances, communicating with tenants and councils and assisting with rent \- related queries, including universal Credit payments.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

● Follow up with tenants, councils and Universal Credit regarding outstanding rent payments and arrears.

● Monitor rent accounts, identify overdue payments and maintain accurate records.

● Liaise with tenants regarding Universal Credit claims, housing benefit payments and payment delays.

● Communicate with relevant teams to resolve rent discrepancies and payment\-related queries.

● Agree on appropriate payment arrangements with tenants, where authorised.

● Maintain regular communication with internal teams to monitor and follow up on outstanding balances.

● Escalate complex cases, unresolved arrears and payment disputes to the relevant manager.

● Update spreadsheets, systems and reports to track outstanding payments and collection progress.

● Follow company procedures, maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation of all communications.

● Prepare regular reports on rent arrears, outstanding balances and collection progress.

• *Essential skills and Requirements :**

● Good Verbal and written English communication skills.

● Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

● Knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

● Confidence in communicating with different stakeholders, including tenants , landlords and internal teams.

• *Job Timings :**

Mon \- Fri :\- 01:00 PM to 10:30 PM , Sat : 01:00 PM to 7:30 PM (During Summers)

Mon \- Fri:\- 02:00 PM to 11:30 PM , Sat : 02:00 PM to 8:30 PM (During Winters)

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
