• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Credit \& Operations Manager to manage credit processing, business targets, loan disbursements, collections coordination, and daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of credit policies, loan processing, EMI collections, risk management, and team handling.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage fresh and reloan cases, ensuring timely disbursement as per company policies.
• Monitor applicant calling, field investigations, and loan processing.
• Track repayment due dates, follow up on collections, and coordinate with the Recovery team.
• Monitor EMI payments, bounce cases, and non\-starter accounts.
• Supervise team performance and ensure timely completion of departmental activities.
• Prepare MIS reports, monitor turnaround time (TAT), and maintain process quality.
• Identify operational risks, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with NBFC partners, management, and internal departments.
• Train team members and support team development and business continuity.

• *Required Skills**

• 5–6 years of experience in credit, lending, or loan operations.
• Knowledge of loan processing, collections, EMI management, and risk control.
• Strong team management and problem\-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
