Castrol India has a proud legacy of championing top talent for leadership roles, both locally and globally. **Role Overview:** The Crisis \& Continuity Management \& Security Lead is Leading Crisis Continuity Management \& Security across Castrol. This role supports the Head of HSSE Castrol and contributes to building, maintaining, and improving C\&CM \& Security plans, procedures, and response capabilities. This position is responsible for setting up the strategy, the philosophy and the operating Framework of Response, to ensure effective risk management, to oversee budget, resources and performance management, to act as Contract Accountable manager for global 3rd party contracts/services, to oversee Castrol’s travel Security program, to sponsor and guide the BSR (Business Security Representative) network in the countries via his team, to coordinate closely with key internal and external partners. Key responsibilities also include to act as Security Specialist for India and South Asia, so to develop and Update relevant Emergency Response Crisis \& continuity Plans, to support the design and delivering of training and exercises for India and South Asia Response teams. As a specialist, one also needs to mentors’ response teams and participate in the on\-call rota, requiring full availability (24/7\) when on duty to response to emergencies. **Responsibilities:** * Set up the Strategy, the Operating Framework of Response and Conformance Standards * Lead enterprise governance for Crisis \& Continuity Management (C\&CM) and Security, including, standards, compliance, and assurance. * Manage budgets, performance management, contracts and resources. Act as Contract Accountable Manager for third party response contracts, central response services, third party travel security, and intelligence functions. * Embed C\&CM and Security into business governance, representing the function in senior forums and key partner groups. * Develop and oversee Castrol’s Travel Safety \& Security programme * Develop and guide capability networks, including Business Security Representative (BSR) Framework, and track organizational preparedness through critical metrics. * Lead cross business collaboration to identify and manage insider risk. * Ensure effective enterprise risk management, endorsement processes, and alignment with Castrol’s operating management system. * Ensure continuous Learning and Improvement * Act as C\&CM and Security specialist for India, overseeing risk integration, insider risk controls, and operational resilience – particularly. * Lead Design \& Maintenance of tiered response frameworks in India * Implement CCM \& Security programs across India, including risk assessments, responder standards, tiered response frameworks, and travel safety as well as event/hotel security assessments. * Maintain readiness by training IMT/CCTs, running exercises, and delivering security awareness programs. Contribute to continuous learning \& improvement * Develop \& update plans and procedures, including ERPs, workplace violence plans, A4P protocols, crisis comms, and security procedures. * Provide operational support to PUs and GSC as required (eg for incidents, site assessments, event security, external agency engagement, embedding CCM/Security into risk reviews and audits). * Support Managing relationships \& contracts, including law enforcement, emergency response agencies, security contractors, and local service contracts/tools. * Ensure proper engagement and set up of the Business Security Representative (BSR) framework, ensuring that business operations remain safe, resilient, and aligned with company’s security standards. Monitor also BSR activities, such as daily coordination, risk management, incident reporting, contractor oversight, assurance follow up and maintaining accurate security risk registers. * Mentor response teams and perform on\-call duties.
