CRM \& E\-Commerce Executive (Online \& Offline)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented CRM \& E\-Commerce Executive to manage customer relationship management, lead nurturing, website operations, and digital marketing support. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless customer journeys across online and offline touchpoints while maintaining data accuracy, optimizing website performance, and supporting business growth through CRM and e\-commerce excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM \& Lead Management
- Maintain and regularly clean the CRM database by removing duplicate and outdated records.
- Update and manage lead information to ensure data accuracy.
- Collect and upload leads from events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Segment customer data for targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
- Handle inbound inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify and assign leads to the sales team while tracking their progress.
- Generate CRM reports and maintain lead trackers.
- Ensure all customer communications follow brand guidelines.
Website \& E\-Commerce Operations
- Manage day\-to\-day operations of the Shopify website.
- Oversee product listings, pricing updates, inventory synchronization, and order management.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
- Implement website updates including banners, landing pages, policies, and design changes.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- Maintain website forms and optimize them based on campaign requirements.
Performance Marketing Support
- Coordinate with performance marketing, SEO agencies, and web developers.
- Track live campaigns, creatives, budgets, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.
- Prepare regular performance reports and campaign summaries.
Email \& WhatsApp Marketing
- Create and manage automated email and WhatsApp journeys using Klaviyo.
- Execute newsletters, promotional campaigns, cart abandonment flows, and post\-purchase communication.
- Test and monitor automation workflows regularly.
- Analyze engagement metrics and customer interactions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Technical Support \& System Maintenance
- Monitor CRM and website functionality to identify technical issues.
- Coordinate with IT teams and developers for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure CRM software and website systems are updated and functioning efficiently.
Data Security \& Compliance
- Maintain data privacy standards and ensure secure handling of customer information.
- Follow data protection guidelines and implement access controls where required.
- Ensure regular data backups and support recovery procedures when necessary.
Required Skills
- Hands\-on experience with CRM platforms and lead management.
- Working knowledge of Shopify and e\-commerce operations.
- Experience with Klaviyo email marketing automation.
- Understanding of performance marketing and SEO fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or e\-commerce operations.
- Experience working with luxury, fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing dashboards is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
