Job Summary

People Prime Worldwide is looking for an experienced CRM professional with strong hands\-on knowledge of CRM tools and basic working knowledge of Email Automation tools. The candidate will manage CRM activities, maintain accurate data, monitor sales pipelines, and support email marketing automation and lead nurturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM activities, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper data management.
• Configure and manage CRM workflows, automation rules, reminders, and follow\-up activities.
• Track lead progress, monitor pipeline activities, and generate reports and dashboards.
• Manage lead assignments, follow\-ups, and customer engagement activities.
• Support email campaigns, automated follow\-ups, and email sequences.
• Assist with audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and re\-engagement campaigns.
• Monitor email campaign metrics, including open rates, clicks, replies, and conversions.
• Identify and resolve basic CRM\-related issues.
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams to improve lead management and follow\-up processes.

Required Skills

• *CRM Tools — Strong Knowledge Required**

• Hands\-on experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead management, contact management, pipeline management, and CRM data maintenance.
• Experience managing CRM workflows, automation rules, tasks, reminders, and reports.
• Ability to manage day\-to\-day CRM operations independently.

• *Email Automation — Basic Knowledge Required**

• Basic working knowledge of Mailchimp, Instantly, Brevo, SendGrid, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of email campaigns, automated follow\-ups, email sequences, and lead nurturing.
• Basic knowledge of email campaign performance tracking.

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Timings

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
