About the Role

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a CRM Executive with experience in the **Manufacturing Industry** to manage customer relationships, coordinate customer orders, handle complaints, and ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle customer inquiries, calls, emails, and regular follow\-ups.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage customer accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts teams.
• Track customer orders, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and queries professionally.
• Maintain customer databases, order records, and follow\-up reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales coordination reports.
• Monitor pending orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Update customer information and communication history in CRM software.
• Support customer retention and improve customer satisfaction.

• *Key CRM Tools and Systems**

• **CRM Software:** Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, or similar CRM platforms.
• **ERP Systems:** SAP, Tally ERP, or other ERP systems used for order processing and customer records.
• **MS Excel:** Data management, order tracking, MIS reports, and customer databases.
• **Communication Tools:** MS Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, and telephone\-based customer coordination.
• Knowledge of order management, sales tracking, complaint management, and customer follow\-up systems.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in CRM or Customer Relationship Management.
• **Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.**
• Experience in customer order management, sales coordination, dispatch coordination, and customer follow\-ups.
• Working knowledge of CRM software and ERP systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage customer issues effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
