CRM Executive – FOID

• *Salary:** 20000 \- 35000 per month ( Commensurate with experience and skills)

About the Role

FOID is looking for a proactive and customer\-focused CRM Executive to handle walk in and first time clients, manage client communication, project follow\-ups, and coordination between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle customer queries, follow\-ups, and project status updates.
• Coordinate with Design, Execution, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and CRM tools.
• Track customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Support project handovers and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, client coordination, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in Interior Design or Furniture industry is an added advantage.
