\* Maintain and update customer records in CRM software or Excel sheets.
\* Coordinate with sales and site teams for customer updates and follow\-ups.
\* Assist clients regarding project details, payment updates, documentation, and appointments.
\* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
\* Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
\* Prepare daily follow\-up reports and customer interaction reports.
\* Ensure smooth communication between customers and management.
\* Support the sales team in lead management and customer engagement activities.
