CRM Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Customer Relationship Management**

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in\-person interactions.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and trust.
• Follow up with customers regarding site visits, bookings, documentation, payments, and other property\-related matters.

• *2\. Customer Query and Complaint Handling**

• Address customer complaints, concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Post\-Sales teams to resolve customer issues.

• *3\. Sales and Site Visit Coordination**

• Coordinate with the Sales Team to arrange site visits and customer meetings.
• Follow up with prospective customers after site visits and provide relevant updates.
• Assist customers with basic information regarding projects, booking procedures, and documentation, as authorised.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow\-up activities.

• *4\. Post\-Sales Support**

• Assist customers with booking confirmations, payment reminders, document collection, and transaction\-related coordination.
• Provide updates regarding registration, possession, or other project milestones, as applicable.
• Coordinate with the concerned departments for customer requests and service\-related issues.
• Support the team in collecting customer feedback and improving service quality.

• *5\. Records and Reporting**

• Maintain an updated customer database and CRM records.
• Record customer complaints, follow\-ups, resolutions, and feedback.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer interactions, pending issues, and resolution status.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
