CRM Manager

• *Responsibilities:**

✔ Manage customer database and CRM software

✔ Follow up with leads and existing customers

✔ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

✔ Track customer journey from inquiry to possession

✔ Generate reports and maintain records

• *Requirements:**

✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ 0 \- 1 year of CRM experience (Real Estate preferred)

✔ Good communication and computer skills

✔ Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

• Experience with lead management and customer lifecycle management.
