CRM Manager

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead the CRM team and drive end\-to\-end lead management and sales conversions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Manage CRM team and incoming leads from online platforms.

Handle lead follow\-ups, customer queries and conversions.

Manage distributors, dealers and channel partners.

Coordinate order processing, production and delivery.

Maintain CRM records, MIS and sales reports.

• *Requirements:**

Experience in CRM / Inside Sales / Lead Management.

Prior team\-handling experience.

Good communication, negotiation and follow\-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Manufacturing, B2B or HoReCa experience preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
